He provides insight on changes in Government funding strategy, supporting business planning, audit & compliance, performance & contract management, self-assessment & quality improvement, compliance, and employer engagement, policies & procedures. He is also a trustee of a charity.
Jan Cairns RGN, MBA, MScMOD – Associate Consultant, Mental Health and Wellbeing Lead
Jan is an independent consultant with over 30 years of NHS and public Sector experience. An ex-Director and Head of Infection Prevention and Control and ex-Head of Clinical Governance for the NHS. A qualified Nurse and trainer, Jan has delivered Train the Trainer, NVQ’s and Train the Trainer Productive Series for public and private healthcare organisations and has experience within Mental Health and Wellbeing support. Jan is a Town Councillor and Chair and trustee of a charity.
Helen O’Byrne – Associate Consultant
Helen is a qualified HR professional and Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. A highly experienced HR professional with over 25-years’ experience in HR gained in a variety of sectors including education, private, public and the third sector. Having worked at a senior level Helen has a wide portfolio of skills and generalist HR experience to draw on, including managing HR and training teams, and strategic and operational strategies and practices.
